Trigger Point Ball
The Trigger Point Ball can be used to massage out trigger points and loosen tight muscles. The firm density means it gives a deep consistent massage while its small size makes it is ideal for targeting specific areas of the body.
How to use
Position the trigger point ball between your body and a rigid surface such as the floor or wall – depending on the area to be treated – and apply pressure by pressing your body against the ball. Whilst applying pressure roll your body up and down on the ball until the knot has released or “melted”.
