Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our site, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. When you have finished your selection, click on the basket and go to the checkout.

Shipping And Handling
Shipping and handling within the Republic of Ireland is a flat rate of euro 7.60 on every order. International Orders may vary. Your order will be shipped by Fastway Couriers. For international and larger items outside of the EU, your order will be shipped by TNT, UPS or similar. In some exceptional circumstances we may contact you regarding preferred shipping method and final carriage costs, once we receive your order.
All orders will be processed immediately. (Assuming the goods are in stock) Orders are normally dispatched on the day and delivered next day by courier. We aim to deliver within 48 hours of receipt of your order. If your item is not in stock, we will place it on back order for you to be delivered as soon as it is back in stock. We will email you immediately to inform you of an expected lead time for you delivery.
Credit Card Security
We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
We guarantee your satisfaction. If any goods arrive less than perfect then you must notify us within 24hrs of receipt of your order.
Customer can return unopened/unused products in the original packaging, seals and unbroken tags within 14 days of purchase with receipt or proof of purchase (provided these products are returnable). If 14 days or more have passed since the purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.
For Hygienic reasons, products such as but not limited to pillows, insoles, braces, and all products worn on skin cannot be returned/exchanged/refunded.
Purchased products are not to be returned to any address unless written authorisation has been received from the Company or an official collection has been arranged with prior written approval of the Company. Customers wishing to return items must complete the Customer Return Form which can be sent by email or by post for customer who do not use email. This must be done within fourteen (14) days upon delivery of the Products.
Incorrectly ordered items, or items that the customer wish to return due to incorrect ordering or unwanted items will not be refunded for delivery/postage costs and the Customer will be charged for collection fees if the Company uses its courier.
The Customer can use its own courier at its own risk. Either way, refund will not be processed unless the goods are returned in perfect and sealable conditions.
We kindly ask that you send all returned items via a tracked/registered delivery service. If your refundable parcel is lost during transit, the Company will not be held liable.
Non- stock goods and/or products made on order cannot be cancelled, exchanged or refunded once they go into production/Shipment. These products cannot be returned after delivery.For more details on these products, please call our sales team at (01- 660 2808)
The Company will inspect Faulty Products upon return to ensure fault is as described and is not caused by a misuse or failure to follow instructions before providing any replacement or refund.
Credit Note/Refund will not be processed for any damage caused by the Customer.
For Customers who received wrong product due to the Company mistake, the company will arrange with its courier to collect the wrong product and supply the right one to the Customer at the same time and the Customer will be notified.
