Thera-Band® Tubing 7.5m – Various Strengths

Thera-Band® latex Exercise Tubing is available in 6 colour-coded levels of resistance and it is also available in two different lengths; 7.5m and 30.5m.

Exercise tubing is portable and versatile with virtually unlimited uses. They can be incorporated into your exercise routine to add resistance and versatility. 

The 7.5m length is a more economical option for purchasing the Thera-Band exercise tubing if you are teaching a small class or have a small group of patients. Generally you will get 4 or 5 tubing bands out of a 7.5m length depending on what length you cut your bands to.

The 7.5m length is available in 6 different resistances

Yellow – Thin

Red – Medium

Green – Heavy

Blue – Extra Heavy

Black – Special Heavy 

Silver – Super Heavy
