Franklin Balls – Green

Franklin Balls can be used to relax tight muscles, stimulate blood circulation and increase muscle sensation. They also encourage flexibility and promote a general feeling of wellbeing.

Franklin balls can release a number of muscles at once, based on the fact that our muscles have sheets of connective tissue (fascia) that run around and through our muscles.

The new ‘emerald green’ Textured Franklin BallTM Set have a new design and texture that activate the relaxation reflexes of the muscles. These balls are designed to be used with the exercises of the Franklin Method. They are the ideal density and size for relaxation of a number of different areas of the body including the neck, jaw, elbow and hip.
