Thera-Band® natural rubber Exercise Tubing is available in 6 colour-coded levels of resistance.
The level of resistance is determined by the thickness of the tubing with colour-coded levels increasing in difficulty from yellow (light) to silver (Max heavy).
Theraband® tubing is portable and versatile with virtually unlimited uses. They can be incorporated into your exercise routine to add resistance and versatility.
The 30.5m length is a more economical option for purchasing the Thera-Band® tubing if you are teaching a larger class or have a larger group of patients. Generally you will get 20-25 bands out of a 30.5m length depending on what length you cut your tubing to.
