The Thera-Band® Extremity Strap is a cuff that wraps around an extremity – leg, bedpost, chair etc. – to serve as an anchor point, while the cinching mechanism is used to secure the cuff to an exercise band or tubing. 

Thera-Band® latex exercise bands and tubing are available in 8 colour-coded levels of resistance and are supplied in various lengths depending on their use.
