The level of resistance is determined by the thickness of the band with colour-coded levels increasing in difficulty from tan (extra thin) to gold (Max heavy).
These exercise bands are portable and versatile with virtually unlimited uses. They can be incorporated into your exercise routine to add resistance and versatility.
The 50yd (46m) length is a more economical option for purchasing the Thera-Band exercise bands if you are teaching a larger class or have a largerl group of patients. Generally you will get 40-45 bands out of a 50yd (46m) length depending on what length you cut your bands to.
